7 weeks to a liver friendly lifestyle

I want this programme to inspire women to develop a healthy passion for wine.

It is a fun and relaxed series of webinars and videos that cover everything from understanding your liver, foods that help foods that hinder, what is moderation and how to get there, detox tips and so much more.

There are 7 modules, further videos, pdf content, motivational habit trackers to help keep you on programme and a free e copy of The Drinking Woman‘s Diet.

The programme is not a weight loss diet, it is a lifestyle guide but, if you enjoy wine and want to create a healthy and informed attitude to drinking it – this is for you.

Fair warning though, it is not a secret recipe for how to carry on drinking to excess!

“Thank you for this most wonderful program.  I followed it “to the letter”.  Yesterday’s lab results reveal normal liver function!!! I will continue with this “way of living”.  I already do the yoga and all of the other wonderful tips.  Who knows?  Maybe there is a Bordeaux yoga retreat in my future.“
Jo-Ann. Boston

“The Drinking Woman’s Diet changed my life, by exposing me to new, healthy habits which I have adopted into my morning routine. Her routines and values all contribute towards living a healthier, more meaningful life.“
Allison Jennings SA

“I love health and take pride in making good choices for my body and brain… but I love the taste of wine! I felt that two couldn’t be combined until I took part in The drinking woman’s diet. Wow; it’s expanded my knowledge and appreciation of wine and wellness. Now I see that the two are intrinsically linked!.“
Abi Hall

“This course helped me look at my behaviours and wine choices. There are so many little brilliant steps and hints all of which add up. I am happy to always be on the drinking woman’s diet“
Ms Bagshaw

“Wendy knows how to look after herself, drink good wine, exercise and have fun, so she’s the perfect role model.  Listening to her is like having a bestie telling you her ‘tricks of the trade’.  She has so many pearls of wisdom.  I particularly like her idea of ‘sip, stretch, sigh’.“
R Barton

“Inspiring. Wendy Narby walks the walk on this topic!! Wish I shared her practice as much as I share her passion for wine & spirits.“
Ed Stevens

“As a woman who also drinks and eats on the road too, this is fun and easy read on how to balance your health without sacrificing your enjoyment of alcohol.“
Kelly M

“Do *this* not #dryjanuary – a thinking (drinking) woman’s guide to drink and health from my chum, the extraordinary Wendy Narby.“
