Many readers of my The drinking Woman’s Diet book love the ideas but struggle to implement them. I wanted to find a way to make it easier. The liver-friendly lifestyle online programme is designed to do just that. Make it easy and keep you motivated.
MoreWellness Retreats
Can you seriously combine wine and yoga? Yes you can! Aren’t wine drinking and healthy living incompatible? I don’t think so. One of the things I share is how to really enjoy the wine you drink.

I’ve written two books that cover my passion for Bordeaux and one arguing for a healthy approach to wine.

MoreIf you read my blog, you’ll know I’m passionate about wine, but also about health. Perhaps you’ve read the interviews with leading women in the industry about how they cope with the health challenges of working in this business.
After 30 years in the wine industry, I’m all too aware of the pitfalls of eating and drinking for a living. In addition to wine education, I’m also a yoga teacher. Like a fine wine, it’s all about balance. I feel that, as an industry, we have a responsibility to promote a healthy approach to wine.
In 2018 I published ‘The Drinking Woman’s Diet’ to share wine and wellness tips I’ve learnt along my journey through wine. I also share wine and Wellbeing tips through the blog and on wine and Wellbeing retreats in the wine regions of the world.
Bordeaux Châteaux to Retreat to
The revolution in Bordeaux wine tourism goes way beyond tasting rooms and even chateaux dining rooms. You can now privatise some of the most stunning properties across the region. MoreForests, Fires and the Future
The terrible forest fires that swept through the Landes Forest to the west of Bordeaux destroyed acres of woodland, homes and displaced thousands of people. Thanks to the bravery of firefighters, local and international solidarity, they are now under control. The vines have been spared but the crisis raises issues for the future management of the forest. Perhaps they can be inspired by some of the innovations in the Bordeaux vineyards?
MoreBordeaux birthdays and beautiful bottles
Bordeaux loves a milestone, an excuse to celebrate the past and the future. If it falls in an exceptional vintage, like 2025, all the better.
